Dedicated to Martin, the titular young hero of George Romero’s 1979 vampire film, who we follow as he comes to terms with his inner adolescent demons while at the same time having to fight off his suspicious exorcist uncle, the MARTIN loafer is made from blood red latex, lined with white silk. The sole, made from Sardinian cork, combines the oversized volumes of an old Wannabe wedge with details from classic 70s Italian mens shoes. As is the case with all Simona Vanth shoes, the MARTIN is made in Italy in collaboration with a small network of specialist factories, artisans and suppliers. Please note: this shoe cannot be subject to continuous direct light without producing noticeable fading in the latex upper.
