The Murano Sabot is Simona Vanth’s re-interpretation of the classic fisherman sandal, first introduced in our SS21 Venetian Stripper collection. Built on a box-toe loafer last, the sandal is made from ultralight and comfortable Italian “supercrepe” EVA and three different tones of vegetal dyed Italian leather which will age particularly beautifully with use. The leather straps have a repeated star pattern printed on them and the sandal is finished with a snap hook key ring to which the tourist, in a state of great limbo and freedom, may attach charms and souvenirs. To put you in the tourist limbo mood immediately Simona will personally attach four random charms to the sandal before sending it to you. All charms were purchased by Simona on travels over the last six months, in airports, in Liguria, in Amalfi and in Australia… As with all our shoes the Tango Star is made-to-order by our small Italian factory.       Made in Italy Locally-made ultralight EVA sole Each piece is unique, charms will vary slightly shoe to shoe
