The Tango, our classic 85mm sabot block heel, was originally designed for an adolescent girl-gaucho I imagined wading through and dancing on the grease-lined floors of seed neighbourhood brothels of 1910-20s Buenos Aires. This season fabrics have been updated to suit the urban adventures of a contemporary very, very, sad princess. In this case a beautiful premium Italian vacchetta leather has been laser etched with an all-over teddy bear motif. As with all vegetal tanned leathers the shoe will age beautifully, acquiring more character through wear.
